Arrange skeleton parts and any other props around wreath to determine layout and color selection. Take a picture to remember later.
Step 2
Spray each item with Krylon ColorMAXX Primer before spraying with Neon. This allows the Neon color to come through more vibrantly. If you don’t prime, the color will be darker and you will be able to see the different shades and colors under the neon color.
Step 3
Allow to dry and spray props with Neon in a variety of colors. Two coats of neon is likely best for brightest results!
Step 4
Allow to dry and then arrange your sprayed skeleton parts around the wreath and begin to glue down using a glue gun.
Step 5
When your wreath is fully styled you can hang on the wall. For added effect use a black light to enhance those neon colors.
