Measure and cut all pieces of PVC to appropriate lengths based on the size of your screen, PVC should be 1-2” longer than the screen so that fabric is pulled taut. (Be sure to consider the measurement of the connecters when factoring overall length).
Step 2
For easier assembly, write the measurement for each pipe on the inside portion of the PVC which will not be sprayed.
Step 3
After reading the label for safety and application instructions, spray all the PVC in a side-to-side motion with 2 coats of Fusion All-In-One Matte Black.
Step 4
Assemble the frame by connecting all the pieces together including the feet of the frame. (For an easier assembly connect pieces flat on the ground).
Step 5
Set frame upright and, if needed, touch up any spots with Fusion All-In-One Matte Black.
Step 6
Ensuring that everything is taut and smooth, stretch the screen across the PVC frame by connecting the ball bungees through the grommets of the screen.
Step 7
Enjoy seeing your favorite movies on the big screen, right from the comfort of your backyard!
